Why do you need my credit/debit card number? We require a card on file for all new-client appointments because it helps enforce the no-show/late cancellation policy.
What is the cancellation/reschedule/late arrival policy? Failure to cancel/reschedule 24 hours before the start of the appointment time will result in a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled appointment price. Late Arrival will result in a shortened appointment time.
